R. Barton Bradicich, Jr. was born in Kaufman, Texas. Growing up on a small farm, Barton developed a love for the outdoors and appreciation for agricultural activities. He received the Houston Livestock and Show and Rodeo scholarship as a result of his involvement in 4-H, leading to his enrollment at Texas A&M University. Barton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics, Agri-Business Option, graduating magna cum laude in December of 1988. While attending Texas A&M University, he received his real estate sales license and worked as a real estate leasing agent for residential properties through August of 1990. After graduation from Texas A&M University, Barton attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1992, graduating cum laude. After graduation from law school, Barton and his family moved to Victoria, Texas, where he joined the law firm of Kelly, Marr, Meier & Hartman in November of 1992. Barton became a partner in the firm on January 1, 1997.

When he has a break from work, Barton enjoys spending time with his family in a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, canoeing, hiking, and camping.

Adam T. Uszynski was born in San Antonio, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University in 2006. Adam received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of law in 2010. Following Bryan FitzGerald's graduation from the University of Houston Law Center he has practiced law across the country. Bryan has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases, ranging from family law matters to large scale complex commercial litigation. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Law School (B.A. with honors, 1973; Phi Beta Kappa; J.D. with honors, 1976) and was admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas in 1976 and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 1978. In 1975 and from 1976 to 1982, he worked in legal services programs providing representation to indigent clients in consumer, family law, and civil rights cases in South Texas.
