Attorney, Arthur R. Riccio Jr. had been actively engaged in litigation since coming to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 1975. He had also been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1976. He had tried numerous Court and Jury cases in both the Connecticut Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the State of Connecticut. He had appeared on many occasions before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court. He represented numerous insurance companies, multinational companies and was on the approved lists of many banks.
Attorney Riccio had also been admitted as an attorney before the United States District Court for the State of Connecticut since 1975 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit since 1975. Additionally, Attorney Riccio had served as a Special Master in the United States District Court on many occasions.

Attorney Riccio was a 1971 graduate of Union College, Schenectady, N.Y. with a B.A. cum laude and received a Juris Doctor Degree, upon his graduation in 1975 from the University of Miami School of Law.
Attorney Riccio served on the Liaison Committee in the L’Ambiance Building Collapse Case. He had defended successfully many wrongful death, paraplegic, brain injury, employment and discrimination cases. He had defended successfully motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, product liability, title insurance, employment discrimination and environmentally related lawsuits. In addition to the foregoing, Attorney Riccio practiced in the area of real estate law, probate and estate administration, contract litigation and the litigation of contested estates. In the past he was involved in criminal law litigation and building construction litigation. On special occasions, Attorney Riccio permitted himself to be retained in significant commercial litigation. Coverage opinion letters were a frequent part of his practice.
