According to the complaint filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, the plaintiff, Ivy Eldridge, wasattacked by bedbugs at the Disneyland Hotel in April of this year. Ms. Eldridge endured severe pain and suffering from the attack and has sustained physical, emotional, and financial injuries as a result of the bedbug exposure from the bed bug infested room she rented at the fabled hotel, located in Anaheim, California. Ms. Eldridge, who was staying at the hotel while visiting the Disneyland Park with family members, seeks monetary and punitive damages against the defendants.
The lawsuit alleges that the defendants failed in its obligation to provide a bed-bug-free and habitable room to Ms. Eldridge.
